Of all the Bandung landmarks, the Gasibu Park is probably the most symbolic. Also known as the Gasibu Square or Lapangan Gasibu, the park is found just across the Gedung Sate, which is West Java governor’s office mansion.
The Gasibu Square plays an important role for the city of Bandung. It was originally supposed to be part of the government complex building but was converted into an open space and park instead.
