The perimeter of Dam market is lined with vegetable, fruit, meat and fish vendors. Inside, you can find clothing, textiles and tailors along the second floor. Appliances, hardware, groceries, motorbikes and souvenirs are all concentrated in their own respective “sections”.
Due to the growing tourism industry in Nha Trang, more and more tourism infrastructures and buildings are constructed to attract tourists from around the world. Shopping in Nha Trang is getting very interesting with the opening of Nha Trang Central, which is a 4-storey shopping mall alongside a 25-floor two-block centre 5-star hotel. This is also the newest shopping mall in town. Other big malls in Nha Trang are Maximark supermarket at 60 Thai Nguyen Street. It is a large, western-inspired 4-storey shopping mall.
